Common questions

  • Payments & autopay: Payments are processed securely by Stripe. You can pause or change autopay anytime from your trip settings.
  • Leaving a trip: Request to leave from the trip screen — your group votes, and approved exits are refunded per our refund policy.
  • Deleting your account: Go to Profile → Delete Account in the app. Your data is permanently removed after a 30-day grace period.
